Screening
SCREENING OPTIONS-
In order to accommodate as many client situations as I can, I have four fairly typical and hopefully only slightly irritating methods which I will accept in order to screen you for our first meeting. The options available to you are listed below, however, you must submit this information to me using the screening form on this page. Once you have completed the screening form, please text me at (720)919-4230 to let me know that you have submitted a form and provide your name so I know which form I am looking for. Please save any and all vulgar and/ or explicit language for where it is appropriate- the bedroom. Any communication with explicit talk will be ignored! Please remember that I am a lady, and treat me as such during the booking process.
OPTION #1-
Your LinkedIn profile link. This is by far the easiest and most efficient method of screening and the one which I prefer (keep in mind that you must have an established profile with an adequate number of connections. A profile you made today will not work). Please also make sure to put the actual link to your profile and not just your username on LinkedIn. I will send you a connect request, but you do not have to connect with me. You can and then send me a message confirming ownership of the account, but you can also simply take a screenshot showing that you received my connect request and this will also suffice to prove that is your account.
OPTION #2-
Your handle on a review/ reference site like TOB, TNA, Private Delights, and TER. You must have reviewed or have references/ be white-listed by at least two providers. Please be sure that you have made your references view-able to me if that is a necessary step. If you have a Preferred 411 account, you may send me an appointment request through P411 in lieu of the screening form below, however, please also notify me via another contact method that you have sent the appointment request form because I tend to miss them more than I would like.
OPTION #3-
References from two providers who you have seen within the last two years. It's generally considered to be polite to contact a provider prior to listing her as a reference and make sure she is reference friendly because not all providers are. Please include the providers name as well as at least one contact method, or her website. The more providers you are able to list, the better the chance I will be able to get you screened. This is especially true for short notice appointment requests. If your references are over two years old, or you only have one, and neither of the other methods are options for you, go ahead and list her/ them anyway. I will make a decision on a case by case basis whether or not that will be sufficient for screening.
OPTION #4-
Your Facebook profile link, business website link for a business on which you are listed by name, or picture of a business card, or an employee badge in addition to a picture of your photo ID. Please see the requirements for these methods on that section of the form.
If you do not have either of the first two options, and are not able to or don't feel comfortable providing the third, you can still submit your screening form with as much information as you feel comfortable providing. However, these screening requests will be of lowest priority for me. So, if I happen to have the time after completing all other screening for the day, I may reach out via email to discuss additional ways to screen you.
I do my best to review screening forms ASAP, but sometimes I may not be able to get back to you for over 24 hours. This is because I only work an average of eight to ten days a month. And, when I'm off, I am off, and do not answer my phone or respond to other forms of contact. I apologize if this is inconvenient for you, but I prefer to remain a low volume provider. Because of this, I highly recommend that you answer the last question on the form and allow me to screen you in advance so that you can book easily from that point forward.
Please do not forget to let me know that you have submitted a screening form and as long as I am working that day, I will respond and review your form right away. If texting is not a viable option for you, you can also email me at [email protected], however this is not as likely to get my immediate attention the way a text message will. Notifying me that you have submitted a screening form also eliminates the possibility of errors that sometimes occur when submitting the form. If I'm not told that you submitted one and go to look for it, then I will have no way of knowing that there was an error and it didn't go through and therefore cannot notify you that this has happened.
